By using Simple PDF Signing ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Simple PDF Signing provides an online PDF signing service. Users can upload a PDF document, place and add their signature (by drawing or typing), and receive a signed PDF for a flat fee per document.

3. No Account Required

Simple PDF Signing does not require you to create an account. We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your signing: your PDF file, your signature, and your email address (for the download link only).

4. Payment

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • The fee for each signing operation is charged as a one-time payment.
  • There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
  • By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

5. Document Handling

  • PDF files you upload are used solely for the purpose of adding your signature.
  • Your files are deleted from our servers immediately after you download the signed PDF.
  • If a signing operation fails, files are retained for retry attempts and deleted within 24 hours.
  • We do not read, analyze, copy, or share the contents of your documents.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Simple PDF Signing to:

  • Process illegal, threatening, harassing, or defamatory content
  • Sign documents containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate transactions that violate these terms.

7. Service Reliability

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure your PDFs are signed successfully.
  • Processing times are typically immediate after payment.
  • We cannot guarantee successful signing if uploaded files are corrupted or in an incompatible format.

8. Limitation of Liability

Simple PDF Signing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
  • We are not responsible for the content of documents you choose to sign.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
